The key box code is sent via SMS or WhatsApp once all conditions have been met, namely: payment has been completed, the deposit has been paid, the driver’s license has been verified, and the contract has been signed.
The code allows you to open the key box on site and collect the vehicle independently. The exact usage instructions (key box location, opening procedure, and key collection details) are also sent together with the code.
